eJMB is an online strata management support system, designed to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness of a management body for stratified properties. A management body can better handle the concerns of the residents under its care with eJMB. It introduces a focal point for inquiries, seamlessly integrating into a simple easy-to-use web interface. Inquiries can be made via e-mail, phone and web by the residents, staff and also visitors. In addition to being accessible around the clock on smartphones and computers, it also supports multiple languages. These inquiries will be assigned a ‘ticket’, which can then be used to track the progress and responses online. Furthermore, the system can also log visitors’ incomings and outgoings to boost security. Telegram can also be integrated into eJMB. As a result, the staff would receive instant notifications about any new tickets logged by the system.
